It was insistent that my machine needed a reboot, after rebooting a few times I was pretty sure it didn't really need a reboot.</p> <p>After a little bit of trawling around I found <a href="http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/sqldatabaseengine/thread/7e148a34-a7ae-49cc-b6c5-58520bdf2a83/">this</a> thread on the MSDN forums.
